Acknowledging Foundation Support
Overview
We expect grant recipients to acknowledge the funding received from the Foundation. This helps us to raise public awareness of the Foundation and understanding of our mandate. It also helps the Foundation to be transparent and accountable in our grantmaking.
Examples of acknowledgement include referencing Foundation funding in your annual report, in materials created with Foundation funding and where a Foundation grant is used to support an event, acknowledging the Foundation in registration and program materials.
Logo Guidelines
The acknowledgement should consist of the logo, as well as a credit line.
Two options are available for the credit line, as follows:
“Financial assistance provided by the Manitoba Law Foundation”
OR
“With the generous support of the Manitoba Law Foundation”
